The staff improved over time, room price was adjusted, boss gave refund for early departure, and location was convenient.

We had a nice stay here with some helpful staff members. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed the hotel facilities. The transportation and parking were also good and the breakfast was tasty. we had a pleasant experience.

Spent a great New Year's Eve here! the hotel offers two fantastic amenities: the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the breakfast is a great way to start the day. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved being able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and the view from our room was amazing!

Housekeeping was not up to par, as they did not provide necessary items unless asked, such as towels and emptying the trash bin. A big taxi to the airport was requested for, yet a small car was provided which almost caused a flight delay.
